Q. How do I find Full Text Articles in EBSCO databases?

Dozens of the library's databases are on the EBSCOhost platform, and all of them use the same interface.

To Access EBSCO Databases

  1. Go to library's A-Z Database page at https://tstc.libguides.com/az.php.
  2. Click on the "All Vendors / Providers" drop down menu.
  3. Click on EBSCO.
  4. This will take you to a page that lists and describes all the EBSCO databases. 

To Select Full-Text

Before You Search

  1. After you log into the EBSCO database, click Advanced Search.
    Click on "Advanced Search" below search box
  2. Scroll down to the "Limit your results" section.  
  3. Click the tick box next to "Full Text".
  4. Type your search terms into the top box.
  5. Click Search.
    Full Text tick box is further down the page than the search box.

From the Search Results Page

  1. On the left hand side of the screen, click on the tick box next to "Full Text".
    Full Text tick box is on the left side.
  2. Results will automatically update.
